Carbon offset

Many  individuals, organizations, churches and businesses –  anyone who burns fossil fuels - offset their carbon dioxide emmissions by donating to our projects

Hundreds of individuals are already offsetting their carbon emissions. Some visit the Climate Stewards website once a year to review, calculate and offset their regular emissions, and then update their offset whenever they take a flight. Others calculate their total emissions annually and set up a regular monthly payment. You can use the site in whichever way suits you.

Has your church taken on board the challenge of climate change?

Many churches are working to reduce their impact on the environment – Climate Stewards can help your church to go carbon neutral. The same applies to businesses and charities. Working with a network of environmental consultants, we can help you take action to reduce your greenhouse gas emissions. The major Christian relief and development agency Tearfund is offsetting all emissions generated by its air travel in support of the world’s poor, in addition to taking action to reduce energy consumption in the office. This has been achieved without increasing the agency’s travel bill. We would be delighted to work with you to decrease the carbon footprint of your organization.
